Damaged Items:
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. To initiate the return process, you must provide:
- A clear video showing the damaged item and the original packaging upon opening.
- Order number and proof of purchase.

Upon verifying the damage, we will replace the item or provide a store credit within 7 days.
Exchange Procedure:
- Contact our customer service team via email/phone with your order number and reason for exchange.
- We will guide you on the exchange process and provide a return shipping address.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange within 3-5 business days.
Important Notes:
- No refunds will be issued except in cases of damaged items with video proof.
