Refund and Exchange Policy:

At Yasmin Mercantile , we strive to provide high-quality sweaters that meet your expectations. However, we understand that occasionally, issues may arise.

Damaged Items:

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. To initiate the return process, you must provide:

  1. A clear video showing the damaged item and the original packaging upon opening.
  2. ⁠Order number and proof of purchase.
  3. ⁠You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate the exchange process.

Upon verifying the damage, we will replace the item or provide a store credit within 7 days.  

Exchange Procedure:

  1. Contact our customer service team via email/phone with your order number and reason for exchange.
  2. We will guide you on the exchange process and provide a return shipping address.
  3. ⁠⁠Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange within 3-5 business days.

Important Notes:

  • ⁠ ⁠No refunds will be issued except in cases of damaged items with video proof.
